- A relevant vocational qualification would be an advantage.
- 2-3 years experience within retail logistics or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of material receiving, storage and handling gained through formal trainings or work experience.
- Working knowledge in any WMS and Ecommerce fulfillment knowledge is preferred.
- Process driven, Excellent attention to detail and who Can work with minimal guidance.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving of all shipments into the warehouse against procurement records. Ensure order accuracy and reporting of any inconsistencies or damages in a timely manner.
- Manage the quality check activities and ensure every item is properly tagged. Organize storage in a safe and secured manner to avoid any possibilities of damage or loss due to improper handling.
- Ensure timely submission of Good Receipt Note (GRN) to Finance for supplier invoice matching and payments.
- Supervise timely discrepancy/damage reporting and escalations as required.
- Arrange picking, quality check and packing of items based on store and customer orders. Coordinate with last mile team for deliveries.
- Daily SLA monitoring for both inbound, outbound operations and ensure the daily SLA timelines are met without exception.
- Manage the Sales force tickets and ensure timely response is given to all the cases assigned to the warehouse.
- Handle the store and customer returns and ensure necessary actions are done withing stipulated SLA timelines.
- Manage the shifts and ensure the shift targets are achieved on daily basis.
- Track and maintain records of user productivities and ensure the warehouse assistants KPI\xe2\x80\x99
