The ideal candidate will perform a full range of administration activities associated with subcontract administration. Under general supervision, this individual will work closely with Accounting, Operations, Subcontractors and Management to ensure that commitments and invoices are accurate and submitted timely.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor the subcontract commitment reports on a weekly basis
Ensure CP entries are completed timely and accurately (requisitions are received, vendors are registered)
Ensure SharePoint uploads are completed timely
Track and request monthly subcontract invoices and DSVLs (by the 10th of each month)
Request and review final affidavits upon completion of a subcontract
Assist PP&C on subcontract funding and accruals
Monitor labor hours monthly to ensure subcontracts are funded appropriately
Track UCO\xe2\x80\x99s and corresponding subcontract agreements to ensure accurate funding and agreements are reported to Estimating.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The position requires excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Customer service oriented
Display competencies by analyzing possible solutions and using standard procedures
Strong business writing skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Deltek experience is a plus
