Must have Skills : Swift (Strong) Java (Strong)DITA/XML Good To Have Skills: JobDescription: Responsibilities: Lead the conversion of SWIFT MT messages to MX messages in thepayments domain. Analyze and interpret SWIFT MTmessage formats and structures. Develop andimplement conversion strategies and processes to ensure accurateand efficient message transformation. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations andcompliance to ensure seamless integration and compliance withindustry standards. Conduct testing andvalidation of converted messages to ensure accuracy and compliancewith SWIFT standards. Provide technical supportand troubleshooting for issues related to messageconversion. Stay updated with the latest SWIFTstandards and industry best practices.Requirements: Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology Finance or a relatedfield. Proven experience in converting SWIFT MTmessages to MX messages in the payments area. Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards including MT andMX formats. Proficiency in programming languagesand tools used for message conversion (e.g. XML XSLT Javaetc.. Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills. Strong attention to detail andaccuracy. Ability to work independently and aspart of a team. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. TechnicalRequirements: Indepth knowledgeof SWIFT MT and MX message structures including specific messagetypes (e.g. MT103 MT202 MX pain.001 pacs.008. Experience with message mapping and transformation tools (e.g.Altova MapForce IBM Integration Bus). Familiarity with financial messaging protocols and standards (e.g.ISO 20022. Handson experience with middlewareand integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft TIBCO). Proficiency in database management and SQL for data extraction andmanipulation. Understanding of securityprotocols and encryption methods used in financialmessaging. Experience with API integration andweb services (e.g. REST SOAP). Knowledge ofversion control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CDpipelines. Ability to write and maintaintechnical documentation for conversion processes andprocedures. PreferredQualifications: Experience withpayment systems and financial messagingplatforms. Knowledge of regulatory requirementsand compliance in the payments industry. Certification in SWIFT messaging standards or relatedareas.
