Technical Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).
- Experience in customizing and extending DCRM Sales & DCRM Service using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins.
- Strong plugin development experience using Dataverse SDK, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
- Advanced experience Model-Driven Apps, including custom UI development.
- Strong understanding in Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, OAuth authentication, and role-based security.
- Hands-on experience with Custom Ribbons, Command Bars, and JavaScript for form scripting and automation.
- Experience in customizing Case, Opportunity, SLA Management, and Knowledge Base in DCRM Service.
- Experience in Configuring Sales Pipeline, Lead Scoring, Forecasting, and Quote Management in DCRM Sales.
- Experience with Dataverse Web API, Custom Connectors, and integration with external systems.
Soft Skills:
- Experience in leading development initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and solution optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
