Location: Abu Dhabi Role Overview
Manage end-to-end category sourcing and pre-award bidding processes for internal departments. Assist in supplier management, bid coordination, pre- and post-award contract administration, and development of category and strategic sourcing plans. Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while supporting commercial, contractual, and governance requirements. Responsibilities
Identify and manage suppliers, mitigating supply-related risks.
Support sourcing for multiple categories across the organization and affiliates.
Handle the end-to-end pre-award bidding process, including RFQs/RFPs, bid coordination, clarifications, and compliance.
Support commercial and contractual evaluation of bids, including pricing, deviations, and risk assessments.
Prepare comparison sheets, deviation matrices, and risk summaries.
Assist in contract drafting and finalization (one-time, LTA, framework agreements).
Support commercial and contractual negotiations and track agreed positions.
Ensure all pre-award approvals and governance requirements are met.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams during pre-award stages.
Prepare award recommendations, approval memos, and management presentations.
Support establishment, administration, and re-negotiation of agreements.
Support contract coverage increase and reduce requisition-to-order turnaround time.
Assist in annual category plan development and execution.
Provide category intelligence through reporting and analysis; prepare reports and presentations.
Maintain proper records of all pre-award and bidding documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures; report safety incidents and near misses.
Promote a culture of integrity, performance, and innovation.
Support knowledge management and team development.
Facilitate sessions on supply management procedures and practices.
Support optimization of policies and procedures, digitization, and automation initiatives. Requirements
High School Diploma / Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (generalist function), including exposure to pre-award bidding processes
Skills: organization, time management, MS Office, English proficiency, business etiquette, complaint handling, document management, data application, dashboards, reporting, relationship management
