The team is well-capitalised and invests across all sectors of infrastructure including energy transition, midstream, power & utilities, transport and social infrastructure. The role is based in Abu Dhabi. What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, playing a key role in screening, sourcing and analysing potential investment opportunities
- Developing and analysing financial models
- Supporting deal execution, and leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
- Play a key role in managing the portfolio of existing investments
- This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank or principal investments firm e.g. a private/public equity/credit firm focussing on infrastructure
- Significant transaction experience within Infrastructure sectors is required
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills
- You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
- High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
