Role Summary
The Associate Replenishment is responsible for analyzing and coordinating promotional items across categories, updating purchase and selling prices, managing promotion themes, and maintaining accurate stock and system uploads to support effective retail promotions.
Key Responsibilities

• Update matrix sheets including purchase price and selling price for promotional items
• Coordinate with the GICA team on leaflets and ensure all items are correctly linked to promotion themes
• Create new promotion themes and maintain daily stock sheets with promotion analysis
• Distribute forecasted quantities across stores based on store weight and demand
• Collect quantity confirmations from stores for promotional items
• Book ordered quantities with distribution centers and stores in coordination with the BC team
• Ensure all promotional items are linked correctly to themes and mechanisms with accurate pricing
• Upload GSF files to the system on a monthly basis and ensure data accuracy

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• 1 to 2 years of experience in analysis or related roles
• Retail industry experience is an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong teamwork skills with high collaboration and people agility
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
