A successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have :

Proven track record - at least 10 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Confident with cost estimation software such as CostX.
High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
MRICS chartership required.
Strong pre-contract experience.
Portfolio of building experience (e.g. residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments).
Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
Available to start in Q1 or beginning of Q2.
