As the Leader of the Building Design team, you will be involved in large project from day one, with exposure to some of the most demanding requirements. The role will include:
Representing Egis on a daily basis to our Client and their representatives.
Management and coordination of the MEP Design Team with main focus on Public Health and Fire Protection Services
Management of the coordination with other services and/or sub-consultants
Showing strong communication skills to interact with project stakeholders, where necessary explaining and dissecting our designs and providing direction to our design team.
Demonstrating commercial awareness with the administration of Change Control system.
Profile
Specialist/Industry Leader in specific facet of an MEP aspect with main focus on Public Health and Fire Protection Services
Demonstrable track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction within the MEP industry
Ability to apply technical knowledge in analysing problems and creating solutions.
