Our client, a fast-growing infrastructure investor based in Dubai, focuses on the development, financing, and management of utility-scale renewable energy projects across emerging markets. With a strong commitment to ESG and energy transition, the team combines deep sector expertise with an entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves
- Support senior team members in the execution of project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiations, and due diligence
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate financing options, project returns, and sensitivities
- Draft internal presentations and investment committee materials
- Conduct research on market developments, sector trends, and financing instruments relevant to renewable energy projects
- Liaise with lenders, advisors, and counterparties to support lenders due diligence and transaction execution
- Participate in meetings with DFIs, commercial banks, ECAs, and other financing institutions alongside senior team members
- Experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance
- Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience in emerging markets desirable but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Law or similar field
