Parsons is now hiring an Associate Project Controls Engineer (UAE National) who will be integrated into the Project Controls team. We need our Project Controls specialists to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills. In this role, you will learn and perform a variety of assignments related to various project control specialties, including planning/scheduling, cost, and risk management. You will gain exposure to Company policies and industry best practices and utilize your professional training on a variety of assignments. You may gain further experience by rotating through other operations functions, such as quality and/or commercial departments.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Participate effectively in the training program by shadowing the assigned mentor(s) to learn the required skills and knowledge.

Study the Company policies and plans and become familiar with relevant procedures and requirements.

Acquire necessary skills for various software, for which training will be provided by the company.

Perform tasks, as directed, which typically include developing time schedules, preparing reports and presentations, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.

Attend meetings and/or workshops and be ready to deliver presentations as may be required.

What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:

Must be a fresh graduate in 2022, with Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Research abilities and analytical skills.

Familiarity with various software used in the Project Controls Department, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

The previous internship experience is an advantage.
