Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at MAHE, Dubai. Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, conducting research, supervising students, participating in departmental activities, and contributing to the development of the curriculum. They will also be responsible for mentoring and advising students, publishing research findings, and engaging in scholarly activities.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
Strong teaching skills and experience in higher education
Research experience and a strong publication record
A passion for mentoring and guiding students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated expertise in the specific field of specialization
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Experience in curriculum development is a plus
