Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate

IT Lecturer

to join our academic team at our Ras Al Khaimah campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Information Technology and demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate or postgraduate students.

A

PhD

in IT or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with a

Master's degree

and significant teaching or industry experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and lab sessions in IT-related subjects. Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and exams. Guide students in academic and research activities. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the IT field and integrate them into the curriculum. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous academic improvement. Maintain student records, assessments, and grading systems accurately. Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and institutional events. Mentor and support students in both academic and career-related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

PhD

in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field (preferred). Candidates with a

Master's degree

and strong teaching/industry experience may also apply. Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in IT. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using modern educational technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
