Position Overview
TELUS Digital is seeking an Associate Principal - Business Development to join its growing team in Dubai. This role will be pivotal in expanding TELUS Digital's presence in the GCC region, working closely with senior leadership to build client relationships, respond to RFPs, and design innovative digital strategies and solutions. The position is remote with flexibility, based in Dubai, UAE.

What You'll Do
Serve as a founding team member for TELUS Digital's Middle Eastern operations, driving new client acquisition.
Introduce TELUS Digital's services, expertise, and capabilities to potential clients across the GCC.
Consult with prospects and existing clients to define digital strategies and product experiences.
Source, analyze, and respond to RFPs, collaborating with architects, designers, and delivery teams.
Work with UX Strategy and Design teams to develop creative concepts and pitch materials.
Lead proposal development, combining technical and creative solutions for client submissions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, expanding services and partnerships.
Assist leadership in planning strategies to grow accounts and strengthen client engagement.
Travel occasionally for client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
Ideal Profile
At least 5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, with exposure to digital or technology transformation projects.
Proven ability to engage and present to C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.
Strong project leadership with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
Background in engineering or computer science is preferred.
Fluent in English and Modern Standard Arabic.
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, ownership, and adaptability.
Skilled problem-solver who can generate value-driven solutions.
Collaborative approach, able to work across functions and geographies.
