About the job Associate Operator
Band T2 Business Group : Oils & Fats Business Unit : ERCO Department : Production Margarine Location : Khalid Port Administrative reporting : AM Functional reporting : MM Job Summary : Assit in Margarine processing plants, able to execute the job as assigned by the operators and supervisors Key Responsibility Areas
- Must have product knowledge & difference in Industrial & consumer margarine, Butter & butter blends, various types of shortening & Specialty fats Product appearance, taste & texture etc
- Have Knowledge about GS & Chemtech SCADA system
- Have knowledge about GS CIP control system
- Have Knowledge about GS & chemtech Plant startup & Shut down process
- Have some knowledge for ammonia compressor operation.
- Should be aware about plant utilities air pressure, steam, hot water etc
- Have knowledge of pumps, various type of valves , PT , TC & sensors functions
- Must understand various type of alarms, attend minor break down, use of spanners for change overs & fixing of change parts
