Required experience, skills and attributes
Candidates must have strong English drafting skills, experienced in M&A and capital market transactions and able to manage a broad range of more general commercial matters in private practice and in a common law jurisdiction. The preferred candidate must be a quick learner, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a willingness to mentor junior team members.
