A newly established and fast-growth investment management group based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate. Group\'s investment focus is emerging markets, particularly, Northern Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey, in the following sectors: infrastructure, energy, healthcare/pharma, financial institutions, mining, TMT as well as opportunistic investments in distress assets.

• Assist in the targeting, evaluating and screening of new deal opportunities
• Build and develop financial models to support investment activity
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on existing and prospective opportunities
• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Maintaining client and key stakeholder relationships
• Building own network and relationships with relevant industry participants

• Minimum 3 years of professional investment banking / corporate finance / M&A / private equity at top institutions
• Must be a fluent/native French Speaker
• Experience in one or preferably several of the following industries: infrastructure, energy, healthcare/pharma, financial institutions, mining, TMT
• Experience of working in one or preferably several of the following regions: Turkey, Eastern Europe, Africa, Ukraine
• M&A transactions experience required (sell-side and/or buy-side) from the start of a process to the finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set, strong financial modelling & valuation skills, advanced Excel skillset as well as understanding of investment structuring and transaction execution
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail is critical
• Good interpersonal and client management skills
• Team player who enjoys a high performance culture
• Reallocation to Abu-Dhabi
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university. Additional qualifications such as CFA are an advantage
