The position is responsible for achieving against Sales and Leasing (S&L) performance targets, and for all aspects of managing and growing the business and team.
Job Details \xe2\x80\x93 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Reach the largest active S&L market share of the Community
Maximize revenues by growing the property listings for both Sales & Leasing
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Maximize profit and achieve all financial targets
Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1\xe2\x80\x99s, reviews and morning meetings
Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
Ensure compliance with the MAFP CBU\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
Ensure adherence to MAFP values and exhibit the same all the time.
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
Minimum 5 years Brokerage Agency experience
Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Strong negotiation skills
Able to effectively manage a team
Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Run weekly reports on performance
