Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and accurate maintenance of accounting records
• Ensure smooth monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Prepare financial reports that accurately reflect business performance and financial position
• Support preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts
• Monitor departmental budgets, implement control mechanisms, and take corrective actions when required
• Lead General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Project Accounting activities
• Coordinate timely payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Handle additional finance-related tasks with flexibility and initiative

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role
• Retail sector experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and senior management
