Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care across all channels, personalizing interactions and resolving complex cases professionally

  • Brief and debrief interns daily, ensure follow-up actions, and support learning on new procedures and updates

  • Prepare weekly social media insight reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and return issues seamlessly

Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in sales and retail, preferably within FMCG, department stores, or travel and leisure environments
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with high accuracy in written and verbal expression
