Position Overview
The Associate Manager - Commercial role in Dubai supports store-level sourcing, merchandising, and sales development activities across the Retail business. This position works closely with store teams, merchants, and suppliers to ensure effective product availability, strong brand visibility, and efficient buying plans aligned with market trends and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal execution of planograms and merchandising standards
• Ensure all stock is displayed according to brand and visual merchandising guidelines
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Execute inventory plans to meet store requirements and sales targets
• Partner with merchants to forecast trends and accurately predict product demand
• Lead and oversee buying requirements, including buying plans and category budgets
• Monitor orders and ensure alignment with approved buying plans
• Coordinate regular meetings with Operations and Store Managers to share insights on market dynamics and category performance
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and participate in training workshops to ensure best-in-class in-store presentation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or merchandising role
• Strong numerical aptitude and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional retail and operations teams
