Basic Function

The Associate IT Technical Analyst is expected to develop and support technical solutions for it JHAH's catalog of applications.

Scope

The required skillsets include demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the ability to develop technical requirements; designing, configuring and prototyping applications; and, as a developer, reading and understanding functional specifications.

Principal Duties

Collect user requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of work and proper documentation is developed facilitating the system maintenance and support activities; Assist in SAP development, architecture, software maintenance and system administration; Work with subject matter experts and other project team members to develop project scope, hardware, software requirements; Assist with design, development, testing and delivery of SAP solutions; Participate in project plan development; and Ensure data integrity and be able to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensure system's security.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / IT Field.

Experience

Up to 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation; Ability to develop project proposals, plan and deliverables; Able to conduct User Acceptance testing; Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable; Project management skills are required; and Ensure timely resolution of production issues to JHAH applications.

Certifications/Other requirements as applicable

SAP Certification is desirable; Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable; Knowledge of presentation tools like Visio, Power Point is required; Presentation skills are necessary; and Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
