Job Description
Our client, a leading international investment bank in the UAE who provide top expertise to regional and international corporations are currently looking for an Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of transactions including M&A, DCM, and ECM
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to assist with the preparation of pitches, presentations, and marketing materials
- Prepare financial models, analysis, and presentations to support the origination, execution, and delivery of transactions
- Collaborate with senior bankers on business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and winning new business
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
