Role and Responsibilities:
Insurance Approval:
Greet and welcome guests with compassionate smile as soon as they arrive at the Insurance desk.
Mediator between the provider (NMC) and the INS / TPA to obtain the pre-approvals, whenever required through the valid process of email or online submission.
Policy or Network changes should be updated in the system and instructions should give to the concerned departments (Claim Submission Departments).
Patient's queries are addressed efficiently with valid information.
Doctor's and other staffs queries on insurance should addressed effectively with proper guideline.
Covered / Non covered services should be updated along with Claim Submission Dept. as per the table of benefits.
Information desk for all insurance related inquiries to the public and Pharmacy coverage related inquiries should be addressed.
Support the billing activities, whenever required.
Patient payable amount to be calculated and informed the patient and the billing cashiers as per the approval / Insurance card.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
