Position Summary

The Associate Graphic Designer supports the Business Development team by producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels that effectively communicate KBRs solutions - including engineering, consulting, project management, and energy transition services. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about visual communication, eager to learn, and capable of transforming complex concepts into engaging, brand aligned designs and graphics

Key Responsibilities

Provide business development focused design support, including high?impact visuals for client presentations, pursuits, capability decks, and strategic submissions. Create visual assets including presentations, bid/proposal graphics, banners and infographics Accurately document and archive all approved design materials Collaborate with senior designers and cross?functional teams to execute design projects. Prepare production?ready files for print and digital use. Support layout design, photo editing, icon creation, and typography work. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts. Ensure design consistency, quality, and accuracy in all deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Additional responsibilities include managing sales communication through client portals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related creative field (or equivalent experience). 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, internships included. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS office. Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. Portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution. Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback. Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Basic motion graphics or animation skills. Photography or videography experience.
