It is in such times, that business need to have timely and relevant information with hands-on approach to handle these situations and making things right which shall not allow repeat of these corrupt practices.
The Forensics & Disputes team at Grant Thornton UAE are involved with uncovering and presenting economic evidence, detecting and deterring fraudulent activity, and supporting companies involved in an existing or pending litigation, alternative dispute resolution proceeding or investigation.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in assignments such as (but not limited to):
Investigations
Forensic reviews
Expert witness reports
Dispute advisory
Assist in reviewing risk policies, procedures, systems and controls and compliance with relevant standards
Assist in developing company systems and regulatory advice
Write reports, business plans and documentation for clients
Desirable Qualifications:
You\'ll have a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Business Law, Administration or similar subjects
Enthusiasm to learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job and self-directed training
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment with strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Pursuing or interest in pursuing a CFE, ACAMS or ACCA professional qualification or equivalent.
