Associate Events Manager (uae National)

Job Description
Our client, a tier 1 Abu Dhabi based semi government entity is looking to hire an Associate Events Manager under their Corporate Affairs team (Emiratisation Role)
Responsibilities:
- Build and roll-out the employee engagement programme
- Ensuring that all projects meet their goals, milestone and timelines in support of the entity\'s wider strategy
- Support in driving and delivering the employee engagement programme
- Support with all communication functions and event activation across digital channels to ensure media engagement and guidance for all events and activations
- Research and source key event speakers and potential audience whilst maintaining accurate data records of speakers and audience details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Master\'s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
- Candidate must have a UAE National Family Book
- An ideal candidate would have 5 to 7 years of experience in the events industry, delivering a diverse range of events, researching and drafting clear and accurate communication content
- Experience in film production management
- Experience conducting advanced research and analysis and developing dashboards and fact-sheets
- Strong record of leading successful project outputs delivery in the area of events management
- Demonstrative media and digital communication experience is required
