Parsons Corporation is seeking a motivated Associate Electrical Engineer (UAE National) to join its design team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers to contribute to the design of major infrastructure projects and develop technical expertise within a world-class engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing electrical engineering designs, computations, material takeoffs, and technical documentation.
Support the design and coordination of electrical systems across infrastructure and utilities projects.
Apply engineering principles, analytical methods, and company standards to project work.
Contribute to drafting and design using CAD and computer-aided engineering tools.
Assist in evaluating electrical layouts, schematics, and technical drawings for compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure design accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and provide input during the design review process.
Assist in preparing estimates, technical reports, and documentation for client submissions.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Fresh graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical and analytical skills with an understanding of electrical design concepts.
Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software is an advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
Must be a UAE National with a valid family book.
