Your Role: Turning Opportunity Into Outcome
As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting discerning clients to Dubai's finest real estate offerings. Your success will be defined by your ability to listen deeply, advise intelligently, and close confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clientele, providing tailored property solutions
Drive the full sales cycle--from lead generation and client engagement to successful closing
Present high-end residential and commercial listings with clarity, confidence, and market insight
Lead impactful property tours and articulate compelling, value-driven presentations
Navigate the legal and procedural elements of real estate transactions with precision
Stay ahead of market trends, investment shifts, and competitive intelligence
Work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, and admin teams to maximize conversion and efficiency
Who We're Looking For:
Whether you're an emerging talent or a seasoned consultant, we're seeking professionals who bring passion, resilience, and presence to every interaction.
Entry-Level Applicants:
Strong communication skills and natural interpersonal confidence
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Competitive mindset with a solution-driven approach
Enthusiastic about launching a career in real estate sales
Experienced Consultants:
Minimum 3 years of proven success in UAE real estate sales
Deep understanding of Dubai's property market, trends, and buyer behavior
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of exceeding sales targets
RERA license holder (or eligible to obtain one)
All candidates must be:
Based in Dubai
Presentable, professional, and committed to full-time, on-site work
Highly responsive, adaptable, and client-oriented
