: Associate - Investments & Asset Management

Reporting to:Senior Manager - Investments & Asse Management and

Partner - Head of Investments & Asset Management

Location: Dubai, with frequent travel in ME&A

Role Overview:

We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and hands-on Junior Manager to join our fast-paced asset management and investment advisory team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Partner on strategic hospitality mandates in the Middle East & Africa region. The role will offer strong exposure to financial analysis, market research, and client engagements from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial modelling, market research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis Prepare presentation decks, reports, and investment memorandums Assist in operator search mandates and coordination with hotel brands Conduct operational assessments and desktop performance reviews Participate in site visits, management interviews, and data collection Provide general project management and execution support

Profile

The Associate should be curious, analytical, and adaptable -- someone who enjoys solving problems and contributing to a high-performing team. He / She will be collaborative, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. The Associate is expected take initiative, ask the right questions, and seek continuous improvement through hands-on exposure.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Preferred: Master's in Finance or MBA (or currently completing one) 2-4 years of experience in hotel operations, consulting, or hospitality investment Strong Excel skills with ability to build and understand financial models Proficient in PowerPoint and business presentation preparation Strong analytical and research skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent in English
