About the Role
To be a part of a high pace environment and evolving digital innovation in the field of fintech in the MENA region. Candidate will be closely working with Business Teams to understand opportunities, position and deploy Spocto’s digital collections & risk prevention solutions in MENA.
Key Responsibilities
Create roadmap for new product roll out
Understand Bank’s tech ecosystem, design and data flow
Understand SOW for all requirements for Spocto’s product integrations
Create workflows/journeys as per SOW
Work with external & internal stakeholders for sign off
Spearhead all new integrations with India team
Manage & own project delivery end to end
Deep understanding of all tasks of project – Tech, product, functional teams
Deliver the project – create checklists and oversee deployment
Track and monitor project performance post deployment
Ideate new products
Identify opportunities of new project within Banks
Track and manage change requests for existing products
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
2 to 4 years working experience in Business Operations & Project Management
Should have some basic understanding of how digital ecosystems work
Understanding of how tech integrations are done within two platforms
Broad understanding of banking systems
Should have worked in creating Data flow diagrams /workflows
Good in excel , creating presentations & workflows
Should have good communication & writing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good networking skills
