Proven track record of success in leading technology consulting engagements for ENR clients, delivering tangible business value and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of the technology landscape in the ENR sector, including industry-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to travel to client sites and work in a dynamic, collaborative consulting environment.
