The primary purpose of this role is to assist in securing market access via demonstrating the value of Lilly products throughout the reimbursement life cycle. The Associate Director - PRA will work with the different functions across sales, marketing, access, Government affairs, medical to identify top risks and opportunities for the geography. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan for access, developing best-in class product and pricing submissions and/or re-submissions to national/ regional bodies and private/local/ hospital payers/insurers. The Associate Director - PRA owns the value proposition/Payer Value message of Lilly products to payers at all levels, throughout the product lifecycle. He/she will act as point of contact between META and IBU. He/she will be responsible to develop all business cases from META and secure approvals from IBU. He/she will spend 60% of time on Gulf and 40% on META.
