The Associate Director of MIS at OMNIYAT is responsible for overseeing and managing the management information systems (MIS). This role collaborates with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and the IT department to ensure the accurate, timely, and actionable delivery of information to support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement an MIS strategy aligned with OMNIYATaEUR(TM)s business objectives to support real estate development operations. Establish and maintain MIS governance frameworks for consistent and accurate reporting across the organization. Streamline data collection, storage, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency. Oversee integration of software systems (ERP, CRM, project management) for seamless data flow and reporting. Manage optimization of existing systems and lead the implementation of new tools or upgrades to meet evolving needs. Ensure MIS solutions are scalable and adaptable to future technological advancements. Manage the accuracy and reliability of BI reports, dashboards, and analytics. Prepare comprehensive financial, operational, and project reports to aid decision-making. Ensure data security and regulatory compliance, especially concerning real estate transactions. Lead and mentor the MIS team, fostering best practices and professional development. Evaluate team performance, set goals, and support ongoing training. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to identify MIS needs and develop actionable plans. Provide strategic insights and technical recommendations to senior management. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Lead MIS projects, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to implement projects and resolve issues. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with mandatory real estate experience. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical info to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI). Seniority level
