We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in building services with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP design, with a background in multi-disciplinary consulting engineering.
Proven experience in leading and inspiring large project teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of successful client engagement.
In-depth knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and best practices.
Experience working in the GCC region is highly desirable.
Experience in managing design team resources and complementary resource centers is advantageous.
