Project > Strategic support in reorganization of a Large Pharma Company

The Client > the Company is currently experiencing a stronger growth by acquiring many participations in the multiple range of companies operating in Life Science Industry, and is currently in the need to find an ex Management Consultant with clear vision and strategic approach already experienced in the Pharmaceutical industry; streamlines and scope of work to be completed will be clarified during the interviews

Consultant Role > Strategic approach, visioning, supporting the acquisition and Post Merge
Skills needed > 1) Management Consulting experience preferred 2) experience in Life Science and all related processes, in a large complex context 3) Already experienced in strategic plans, growth initiatives, efficiency streamlines
Workload/Location > Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start date > as soon as the right candidate are identified
Type of engagement > 12 months contracts + permanent after an initial period
Flexibility in working under tight timelines
No boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality
Immediate availability to join the Team in Abu Dhabi is a key factor
