Role Summary

The Associate Director in our Value Realization practice plays a crucial role in delivering strategic financial advisory to clients in the UAE. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple industries. You will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution. Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders. Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation. Assist with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation Ensure high standards of service delivery and lead team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Required Experience

and Qualifications:

Strong academic background (MBA or other advanced degrees preferred) Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting At least 5 years in tier 2 or tier 1 consulting firm, working predominantly in the region Arabic speaker preferable
