The project:


This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world-class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark program with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results-driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high-profile projects.


You'll be responsible for:

Lead preparation and execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses. Manage large teams, driving behaviours that deliver KPIs and foster continuous improvement. Oversee valuations, cost control, and enforce robust reporting services. Direct production and client presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports. Identify costs linked to design changes, awards, construction activities, and client charges. Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs. Ensure timely issuance of practical completion and defect resolution certificates. Champion best practice, process improvements, and net zero carbon goals across delivery.

You'll need to have:

Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential. 15+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential. Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage. Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
