Responsibilities - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to middleware components, collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions. - Implement measures to enhance the performance of middleware systems, conducting regular assessments and optimizations. - Ensure the security and integrity of middleware infrastructure through the implementation of security protocols and regular audits. - Coordinate and execute middleware software upgrades and patching activities, keeping systems up-to-date with the latest releases. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for middleware configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. - Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide seamless integration of middleware solutions. - Establish and maintain effective monitoring processes to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high system availability.

Requirements - Experience: hands-on experience as a Middleware Administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment. - Middleware Technologies: Proficiency in administering middleware technologies such as (Apache, TOMCAT, WebLogic, IIS). - Certifications: Relevant certifications in middleware technologies would be advantageous. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Flexibility: Willingness to work outside regular business hours for maintenance and critical issue resolution.
