Job Description

We are seeking a motivated consultant to deliver risk management and organisational resilience projects across the Middle East. You'll work with clients in diverse sectors including leisure and entertainment, hospitality, real estate development, financial services, government, energy, and industrial manufacturing.


As a fee-earning consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Organisational Resilience

: Developing business continuity and crisis management plans, and supporting or leading crisis and continuity exercises.

Risk Management Consulting

: Conducting enterprise risk assessments, designing risk frameworks, and identifying key risk indicators.

Security Risk Consulting

: Performing security risk assessments across sites, projects, supply chains, and businesses; developing security policies and plans; and facilitating maturity assessments and risk workshops.


Responding effectively to client and prospect requests.


Supporting proposal development and project budgeting, with final approval from senior managers.


Providing accurate updates on pipeline activity to management.


Planning and managing client engagements operationally.


Contributing innovative ideas to improve current practices and develop new solutions.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

2-3 years of experience in risk management and organisational resilience within a corporate environment.


Strong technical understanding of risk, crisis, and business continuity management, supported by academic and practical experience.


Experience working in the GCC or broader MENA region.

Preferred

Familiarity with project management principles.

Qualifications and Specialist Skills

Essential

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


Excellent writing and presentation skills.


Confidence in presenting to clients in professional settings.


Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information.

Preferred

Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in risk management, resilience, business continuity, or disaster/emergency management.


Professional certification in business continuity (e.g., CBCI, CBCP).


Professional-level fluency in Arabic.
