Achieve category squad outcomes
Consolidate and prepare the sourcing calendar
Generate effective cost savings through supplier negotiations
Develop RFx, tender and bid templates
Translate business requirements to RFx scope documents
Evaluate RFx responses
Ensure compliance of the selection process
Project Manage the RFx process as per defined timelines
Improve service delivery and TAT
Achieve sustainable procurement targets
Provide faster and efficient stakeholder support
