We are looking for a caring, responsible, and motivated
Assistant Teacher
to join our nursery team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children from 0 to 5 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in daily routines, activities, and classroom management.
Support children's learning and development through play, activities, and guided instruction.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
Help in preparing teaching materials and setting up learning environments.
Provide support to children with special needs or individual requirements.
Maintain good communication with colleagues, parents, and management.
Participate in events, celebrations, and nursery activities.
Follow nursery policies and KHDA regulations.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery/early years setting is an advantage.
Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education.
Warm, patient, and caring personality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and support the teacher effectively.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2500 (per month).
Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
