Fleet Management:
Manage contracted vehicle fleet with real-time information on location and availability. Ensure that vehicles, drivers are compliant with local regulations.
Route Optimization:
Ensure scientific methods to optimize the use of transport assets. Maintain WPS-compliant payroll for transportation staff.
Infrastructure Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across campus buildings
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules aligned with user convenience
Provide user support to faculty, staff and visitors for AV equipment and ensure 100% uptim
Keep a record of all IT and Lab assets and maintain an asset register for audit and verifications
Maintain a log of AMC/Warranty status and escalate risks and remedies to higher management
