Job Description

An exciting opportunity to support the CEO's Office at a leading philanthropic organization. This role will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth management of the CEO's daily operations, calendar, communications, and travel.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and communications
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points
  • Organize and coordinate travel, events, and logistics
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and expense claims
  • Liaise across departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Support the CEO's Office Manager and step in during their absence
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or secretarial qualification
  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role (public sector experience is a plus)
  • Bilingual in Arabic & English (speaking, reading & writing)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism
