Company : ADNOC Logistics & Services Job Title : Assistant Technical (MS - Das) Job Purpose Render technical administrative support to the assigned department in various matters related to documentation, contracts administration, data gathering, periodic reporting and internal & external coordination with concerned parties including other Department dependencies. Effectively gather data as a minimum pertaining to Projects, major maintenance, breakdown, service orders, and work orders. Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1) Assists Team Leader and his delegates in the preparation of tender documents for various call-out basis and permanent contracts, also follows up with the Senior Engineers to ensure the timely issue of Contract Requisition/ Service Orders and Purchase Requests. Carries out the typing of all reports and correspondence of the Department and ensures their accuracy. Controls the Department's central filing system which includes strictly confidential matters such as department Coordinates with Human Resources/Training Coordinator on all issues related to the department employees leave duty/resumption, attendance/rest and training program and maintain the up to date records. Compiles & edits Departments periodical management reports, which includes Departmental Objectives, Business Plan, Quality Progress, and Integrity Assessment Reports. Archives project records in accordance with Document Retention Procedures. Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards. Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations. Generic Accountabilities Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. Reports Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management. Internal Communications & Working Relationships Regular contacts with Senior Engineers, Engineers, secretaries and document control personnel, to obtain documents, specifications, international standards and make sure the standards are latest and revised. Has frequent contacts with RMS Project of Administration Directorate for archiving inactive documents, retrieval and disposal of documents, etc. External Communications & Working Relationships Contacts with Consultants and contractors personnel to coordinate submission, obtain documents etc. Minimum Qualification Diploma Level Education Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills 4 Years of relevant experience with 4-5 years in similar industry Administrative and communication skills, PR skills Good communication skills. Knowledge of computer operations. Good knowledge of English. Professional Certifications ICDL Certification - Mandatory. Industry relevant Degree. Certificate in Electronic Document and Record Management. Work Condition, Physical effort & Work Environment Physical Effort Minimal, involving sitting, walking, standing and computer operations. Work Environment Normal office environment.
