We are hiring
experienced Assistant Team Leaders (ATL)
for a reputedDirect Sales Agency (DSA)
in the UAE. Candidates with previousbanking sales experience
and those who already have theirown team
are highly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives. Achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards and personal loans. Ensure team performance and productivity. Maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners. Report daily performance updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as ATL or similar role in DSA/banking sales. Must be currently available in the UAE. Candidates with an existing team will be given preference. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
