Assistant Teacher (Nursery / Early Years)

8:00 AM - 6:00 PMRequirements & Qualifications
Minimum
Diploma in Early Childhood Education / CACHE Level 2 or equivalent
(preferred). Minimum1-2 years of experience
in a nursery or early years setting within the UAE. Familiarity with theEYFS framework
and willingness to assist the class teacher in daily routines and activities.Bilingual candidates (English + Arabic / Hindi / Tagalog)
are preferred. Warm, patient, and caring personality with a genuine love for young children. Must beresponsible, punctual, cooperative, and able to follow instructions
. Willing to handlerotational duties
within the nursery as assigned (classroom, play area, lunch supervision, grooming, etc.). Ability to assist inchild hygiene, feeding, and classroom setup
. Candidates withFirst Aid / CPR certification
will be given preference. Must holdattested educational certificates
and beeligible for SPEA approval
.Core Responsibilities
Support the
Class Teacher
in implementing lessons, activities, and circle time. Maintain asafe, clean, and child-friendly classroom
at all times. Assist children duringmeals, nap time, outdoor play, and creative learning
. Engage children positively to support theirsocial, emotional, and physical development
. Prepare materials forart, craft, and sensory activities
. Support withtoileting, grooming, and changing routines
when required. Observe and report children's participation and progress to the teacher. Participate innursery events, celebrations, and classroom decorations
