We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with lead teachers to provide support in the classroom, assist with lesson planning, and create a positive learning environment for students. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
Support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who may need additional assistance.
Help with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
Prepare and organize materials, supplies, and resources for lessons and activities.
Supervise students during recess, meals, and other non-instructional times.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
Collaborate with other staff members and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Stay current on educational trends, techniques, and best practices.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but relevant coursework or certifications may also be considered.
Experience working with children, either in an educational or childcare setting, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being and development of children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
