Observing and guiding children with their learning needs Gathering resource materials and assisting lead teacher in developing lesson plans Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities Attending seminars and workshops as and when required Coordinating and collaborating with other Assistants to develop a unified lesson plan Taking care of the cleanliness of the classroom and Montessori Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times Requirements
Experience in working with children is preferred Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute is a plus Must be able to follow orders from Lead teacher and Manager Excellent team, communication, and listening skills Good time management and organizational skills Displaying a warm and welcoming personality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
