Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons and activities.
Support students in small groups or one-on-one, reinforcing the day's lesson.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
Supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and school events.
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
Monitor student behavior and support classroom management strategies.
Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.
Help track student progress and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Basic understanding of child development and classroom dynamics.
